Etchd Building Design Blog: This build was a challenge because we had to navigate a particularly difficult fall and services that ran through the middle of the main pad. The outcome was something that the builder who constructed this structure was able to enter into the QLD master builders awards and was awarded second place against larger builders in the industry.
